On a global note, Google is requiring all websites to be mobile-accessible by July 5. If your website doesn’t load on mobile devices by then, Google won’t index it. This might not be a big deal for most sites, but ensuring your website runs smoothly on mobile is always a good idea.
And that’s not all from the Google Land

🍅 Spicy Salsa Dip: AI Scoops that’s Spicing the World!
Sam Altman's latest interview with Logan Bartlett is a must-watch. From agentive AI to rethinking success metrics, Sam dives deep into the future of AI.
Check out the highlights and get ready to be inspired
AGENTIVE AI
Sam has been sorta quietly hinting at what OpenAI’s agentive AI efforts could be. I think most people think it’s “oh wow, I’m going to control 500 AI agents!” but there’s the potential that it’ll be a sort of ensemble model approach, spoke and wheel, where a human sends tasks to one core brain and that AI system delegates out to hundreds or thousands of agents for tasks.
SUCCESS METRICS OF AI
I find it strange that Sam’s main KPI for “changing the world” is GDP growth. I don’t have a perfect answer for its replacement, but here are some: happiness, creativity metrics, scientific discovery rate, health, and relative wealth of all classes. Sam cites GDP in this interview and others.
AI AND CODING
Sam talks about how big AI will be for coding. Read that again: coding. He doesn’t say helping software engineers (SWEs) or machine learning experts, he says coding. That could mean the state we have today, where SWEs are coding and they get a big boost from AI and copilots. But it could also be that…
non-coders are coding OR
AI is writing its own code to execute tasks
